Our Policies

 

Cancellations or No Shows

• A 24-hour notice is required if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment.

(Groups & Wedding parties are required to give a one week notice)

• Please remember, your services are reserved especially for you, therefore, a 50% credit card

deposit/guarantee is required on all groups, wedding parties, multiple spa services, specialty and/or

lengthy services. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if the cancellation notice is not given. If

payment was to be by Gift Certificate, an amount equal to 50% of the scheduled service will be

applied against the Gift Certificate balance.

 

• In addition, a deposit/guarantee may be required on appointments scheduled during times of high

demand such as New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, etc.

• Please keep in mind that our policies are created to allow for effective scheduling and to ensure all

clients wishing to receive services may be accommodated. Please be considerate of other clients

who may be able to utilize your appointment time.

 

Cell Phones  

• We request that you turn cell phones and pagers to “vibrate” and limit their use inside the salon.

In addition, to preserve a serene spa environment for our guests, use of cell phones is not permitted

in the spa area. Management and your fellow patrons thank you for your cooperation.

 

Gift Certificates

• Gift Certificates are available for any dollar amount, service or package. They may be purchased

in person, by telephone or on-line. Gift Certificates may be mailed to any address specified by the

purchaser for a $2.00 fee.

• Although substitutions cannot be made on Spa Packages, you may use the full purchase price of

your gift certificate toward any service or product of your choice.

• To avoid errors when scheduling Gift Certificates appointments, please inform the Front Desk

Coordinator -in detail -of every service you are to receive, including lunch if applicable.

• Gift Certificates do not include gratuity, and balances may not be used as gratuity. You may,

however, request to have gratuity added to your gift certificate purchase.

• If you are using a gift certificate as your form of payment please present it to your receptionist

upon check-in.

• Gift Certificates expire 1 year after purchase date

 

Groups & Packages

• The services available for Day Spa Packages cannot be substituted. One of our friendly front

desk coordinators will assist you in developing a customized package that will best suit your

individual needs.

• In order to meet the needs of our patrons we recommend scheduling your appointments well in

advance of the actual service date. Please keep in mind that evenings and weekends are the most

requested times for services. For this reason, we may require a six week advance booking to ensure

appropriate times are available for services requested. Wedding parties and groups should plan to

schedule their services 3 months prior to actual services rendered.

 

 Late Arrivals

• We understand things may happen that will cause you to be late. If this occurs, please call and let

us know. Your technician will make every effort to accommodate you, but please be advised that

we may be unable to extend a late arrival’s scheduled service as not to inconvenience our other

patrons. For this reason, part or all of your service may be shortened, provided by another

technician, or rescheduled.

 

Payment & Returns

• In the event of a return check, the balance will be due in full as well as a $25 return check fee will

be added. If the matter is not cleared in a timely fashion, we will turn this over to the States Attorney

for collection.

• Patrons wishing to show their appreciation for a job well done, gratuity envelopes can be given at

the front desk before leaving.

• Hair care products are exchangeable up to 14 days after purchase. Returned products may not be

credited toward services provided.

• All sales of jewelry, gift products, and candles are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered.

• All make-up sales are non-refundable and final.

• Jan Marini Skin Care Products are 100% Guaranteed.

• Service and product prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Satisfaction Guaranteed

• Your personal satisfaction is important to us. If your service does not meet your expectations please

return within 14 days so that we can help solve the problem.

• Chemical services will only be guaranteed if the product(s) that were recommended by the technician

are purchased at the salon to properly care for your hair.

 

Scheduling

• You can stop by or call us anytime to book an appointment. If you happen to call after business

hours, please leave a detailed message with your request, and we will get back with you as soon as possible.

• Please keep in mind that our technicians book up rather quickly, so we advise to book your next

appointment before leaving the salon.

• Appointment reminder phone calls are made 48 -72 hours before the scheduled time.

For this reason, please let us know when contact information changes.

• While we strive to run on time, sometimes things occur making this impossible. We will do our

best to keep your waiting to a minimum.
