Cancellations or No Shows
• A 24-hour notice is required if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment.
(Groups & Wedding parties are required to give a one week notice)
• Please remember, your services are reserved especially for you, therefore, a 50% credit card deposit/guarantee is required on all groups, wedding parties, multiple spa services, specialty and/or lengthy services. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if the cancellation notice is not given. If payment was to be by Gift Certificate, an amount equal to 50% of the scheduled service will be applied against the Gift Certificate balance.
• In addition, a deposit/guarantee may be required on appointments scheduled during times of high demand such as New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, etc.
• Please keep in mind that our policies are created to allow for effective scheduling and to ensure all clients wishing to receive services may be accommodated. Please be considerate of other clients who may be able to utilize your appointment time.
Cell Phones
• We request that you turn cell phones and pagers to “vibrate” and limit their use inside the salon. In addition, to preserve a serene spa environment for our guests, use of cell phones is not permitted in the spa area. Management and your fellow patrons thank you for your cooperation.
Gift Certificates
• Gift Certificates are available for any dollar amount, service or package. They may be purchased in person, by telephone or on-line. Gift Certificates may be mailed to any address specified by the purchaser for a $2.00 fee.
• Although substitutions cannot be made on Spa Packages, you may use the full purchase price of your gift certificate toward any service or product of your choice.
• To avoid errors when scheduling Gift Certificates appointments, please inform the Front Desk Coordinator -in detail -of every service you are to receive, including lunch if applicable.
• Gift Certificates do not include gratuity, and balances may not be used as gratuity. You may, however, request to have gratuity added to your gift certificate purchase.
• If you are using a gift certificate as your form of payment please present it to your receptionist upon check-in.
• Gift Certificates never expire.
• The services available for Day Spa Packages cannot be substituted. One of our friendly front desk coordinators will assist you in developing a customized package that will best suit your individual needs.
• In order to meet the needs of our patrons we recommend scheduling your appointments well in advance of the actual service date. Please keep in mind that evenings and weekends are the most requested times for services. For this reason, we may require a six week advance booking to ensure appropriate times are available for services requested. Wedding parties and groups should plan to schedule their services 3 months prior to actual services rendered.
Late Arrivals
• We understand things may happen that will cause you to be late. If this occurs, please call and let us know. Your technician will make every effort to accommodate you, but please be advised that we may be unable to extend a late arrival’s scheduled service as not to inconvenience our other patrons. For this reason, part or all of your service may be shortened, provided by another technician, or rescheduled.
Payment & Returns
• In the event of a return check, the balance will be due in full as well as a $25 return check fee will be added. If the matter is not cleared in a timely fashion, we will turn this over to the States Attorney for collection.
• Patrons wishing to show their appreciation for a job well done, gratuity envelopes can be given at the front desk before leaving.
• Hair care products are exchangeable up to 14 days after purchase. Returned products may not be credited toward services provided.
• All sales of jewelry, gift products, and candles are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered.
• All make-up sales are non-refundable and final.
• Jan Marini Skin Care Products are 100% Guaranteed.
• Service and product prices are subject to change without notice.

• Your personal satisfaction is important to us. If your service does not meet your expectations please return within 14 days so that we can help solve the problem.

• You can stop by or call us anytime to book an appointment. If you happen to call after business hours, please leave a detailed message with your request, and we will get back with you as soon as possible.
• Please keep in mind that our technicians book up rather quickly, so we advise to book your next appointment before leaving the salon.
• Appointment reminder phone calls are made 48 -72 hours before the scheduled time.
For this reason, please let us know when contact information changes.

Some of the benefits of this process are: to promote a healthy atmosphere in the ears, throat and sinus cavities along with easing post nail drip, migraines, sinusitis, some forms of hearing loss, relieve sinusitis, vertigo and Meniere’s Syndrome as well as many others.
• Long tapered cones are inserted into the ears and lit. A dry, warm powder smoke from the core draws out excess fluids, wax and toxic debris. • Talking during a massage is optional. Some people prefer the silence in order to relax, but some like the social interaction of speaking. Please let your therapist know if anything is causing discomfort. Your therapist may request feedback while addressing specific problems.
• You will be draped with a sheet during your experience. It is your choice to remain partially or fully unclothed underneath this sheet. Only during the message of specific areas will the sheet be removed. Genitals and women’s breasts will be covered at all times. Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion is a treatment that resurfaces your skin and is clinically proven to treat fine lines, wrinkles, acne or chicken pox scars and age spots. Oxygen Bars
Oxygen is one of the five basic elements of life: Oxygen, Nitrogen, Sulphur, Hydrogen and Carbon. There are several forms of Oxygen, however the most common and stable form of Oxygen is “O2” or Diatomic Oxygen. Oxygen is a vital element to good health and is a primary source of energy. 90% of our energy comes from oxygen and the other 10% comes from food and water. With Oxygen Enriched Air (OEA), the body will metabolize food more efficiently, generate more energy and create a healthier body. Have you ever seen athletes breathing oxygen at a sporting event? Athletes feel that oxygen increases their performance, endurance and energy level. Athletes and athletics require tremendous amounts of oxygen to convert carbohydrates, sugars, fats and proteins into heat and energy required for their high activity level. This conversion process is known as Oxidation and what is Oxidized (or burned) for the body’s energy are carbohydrates, sugars, fats and proteins. However, Oxygen is the “Fuel” required to oxidize all or any of these foods. Without the presence of Oxygen, these foods would oxidize very poorly resulting in poor cellular reproduction and function, which would cause inadequate production of energy. Since Oxygen is the main fuel required to Oxidize your carbohydrates, sugars, fats and proteins into energy, a lack of oxygen will promote an inadequate Oxidation process (poor burning of foods), which will result in a lower percentage of your foods being converted into energy and a high percentage of your foods turning into fat.

In 2003, Patrick’s of Atlanta LLC was founded. Patrick’s of Atlanta LLC is a full service day spa and hair salon that provides services to both men and women. The company was
